The College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick does not have any specific guidelines, per se. We were told by the Registrar, Dr. Ed Schollenberg, in February 2006 that hospitals may impose their own guidelines and that CPSNB's guidelines can be best described as "prevailing practice." He also referred us to CPSNB's statement of Moral Objection, published in CPSNB's November 2002 Bulletin. |
